General Policy

At GDC Classes, we value student satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products (digital e-books and physical study materials/books), all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Exceptions (Refunds/Exchanges Allowed)

Refunds or replacements are allowed only in the following cases:

  1. Defective or Damaged Hard Copy Books
    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage.
  2. Wrong Item Delivered
    • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video as proof.
  3. Replacement and Exchange Policy
    • We offer a 7-day replacement/exchange policy only for hard copy books (not digital e-books).
    • If accepted, the replacement will be shipped within 5 business days.

Return Policy (Hard Copy Books Only)

  • Returns (if approved) will be initiated within 4–5 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality check.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds/replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Digital E-Books: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.
  • Slight differences in print color/finish due to lighting or screen display.
  • Minor creases/folds caused during packaging and transit.
  • Incorrect shipping details (wrong address, pincode, or phone number) provided by the customer.
