Shipping Coverage
- We provide free shipping across India for all physical books and study materials.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.
- Digital e-books are delivered instantly via email / student dashboard after successful payment (no physical shipping required).
Dispatch & Delivery Time
- Orders for hard copy books are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier serviceability.
- For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery may take longer, and customers will be notified.
Courier Partner
- We have partnered with leading courier services (e.g., Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, etc.) for logistics.
- Customers can track their shipments using the AWB / tracking number provided after dispatch.
Delivery Conditions
- Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Certain pin codes may not be serviceable. Customers will be notified in such cases.
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details (name, address, pincode, phone number). Incorrect details may result in delays, non-delivery, or returns.
- If the package is returned due to incorrect details provided by the customer, reshipping charges will apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the package returns to our warehouse, minus courier charges.
Important Notes
- Do not pay any additional charges to courier staff. Your invoice includes all applicable charges.
- Inspect the package at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage, record a video and contact our support team immediately.
- Unclaimed deliveries (customer unavailable at address) will be returned to us. Re-delivery will be done only after additional courier charges are paid.
