3. Account & Student Responsibility

- Misuse of account or unauthorized access will result in suspension without refund.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payments must be completed via our secure payment gateways.
- Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
5. Digital Products (E-Books & Online Material)
- Once purchased, digital products (PDFs, e-books, online test series, etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Access to digital content may be time-bound (depending on subscription or exam season).
- Students must not distribute, reproduce, or misuse digital content.
6. Hard Copy Books & Study Materials
- Shipping is available only within India.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to courier serviceability.

7. Refund & Cancellation
- All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
- Refunds for hard copy books are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
- Cancellations are not allowed once an order is confirmed.
